• Your customer's tax-exempt status
• Where you sell and where you ship
• Your service or product's tax category

You can add sales tax in invoices and other sales forms by following the steps below:

1. From the invoice screen, go to the Tax column and check the taxable products and services.
2. At the bottom right, select the appropriate sales tax. Note: To add a new sales tax item, choose Add New .
   
3. Hit Save and close .
